Dacayana Eskrima / Escrima is new to the UK and is growing. We anticipate that due to the coaching methods employed and the structure of the system, Dacayana (one of the many FMA or Filipino Martial Arts involving stick fighting) will rapidly become widely popular and established across the UK. The KSOMA coaches have trained in this modern Filipino martial art or FMA directly under Master Jhun Dacayana of Cebu in the Phillipines and continue to do so at every opportunity whilst also training as often as is possible with Marcie Harding of Malvern Eskrima and Jo Biggs of Sacred Spring, both senior coaches authorised by Master Jhun Dacayana.
